When I checked in, I wasn't offered complimentary WIFI, which was disappointing. The rooms could use some upgrading, but overall, the stay exceeded our expectations as we were attending a family wedding at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near shops and food outlets, but there is some road noise that might disturb light sleepers. The chlorine smell in the air was a drawback, but once I aired out the room, it was fine.

The room was a little stuffy upon arrival but became comfortable once I circulated the air. It's advisable to choose a unit farther into the complex to avoid road noise.

The service was exceptional, especially at the reception. The staff were friendly and accommodating, offering to move us to a more suitable unit and recommending to request a downstairs unit in advance. However, some staff members seemed a bit too casual for a service-oriented role.
